By accessing and using the Kaladhiya website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Kaladhiya is an online platform based in Lucknow, India, that connects art lovers with talented artists. We sell handcrafted paintings, wearable art, bags, shoes, home decor, jewelry and accept custom art orders.
To purchase products or place custom orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All products on Kaladhiya are handcrafted by independent artists. Each piece may have slight variations as they are made entirely by hand — this is part of their unique charm and is not a defect.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation with your order ID and details.
Custom orders require discussion and agreement on design before payment. Once work begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Up to 3 free revisions are included in every custom order. Delivery timeline is 7-21 days depending on complexity.
We offer a 7-day return policy for regular products in original, unused condition. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. Please refer to our Return Policy page for complete details and process.
All artwork, images, logos and content on Kaladhiya are the intellectual property of Kaladhiya and the respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission from Kaladhiya.
Artists who apply to sell on Kaladhiya agree to maintain quality standards, ship products on time, and comply with our artist guidelines. Kaladhiya reserves the right to remove artists or products that violate these guidelines.
Kaladhiya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
