How to Return — 4 Easy Steps

Conditions for Return

• Item must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must not be washed, altered or damaged by the customer
• You must have proof of purchase (order ID)

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom / personalized orders
• Items marked as Sale or Final Sale
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund with free return shipping — no questions asked.
